At Fanka, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your high-performance gear, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your Fanka items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Return

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and ensure you receive a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
